Micro-implantation is the second art project of the new contemporary art group “Nagist", after its opening exhibition "No-body Discourse" in 2016. Twenty-seven contemporary local artists put forward their innovative ideas by exhibiting artworks of various media, in commensurate with the manifesto of the Nagist. Their works explore a wide spectrum of contemporary hot issues in the social, cultural and philosophical realm.

Expatriating from the "Stereotypical" study in "No-body Discourse", "Micro-implantation" starts from the narration of the "Body" to the "Others"; from the ancient philosophical study of Plato's "Form" to the discourse on "Discipline and Punish" by the contemporary French philosopher Foucault, finally touching on the far-reaching wave of Globalism towards the unknown future. "Micro-implantation" is proliferating in all courses of time and space.

《微植體》「綿延一族」第二屆聯展

《微植體》(Micro-implantation)為本地藝術新團體「綿延一族」(Nagist)的第二屆聯展。貫徹綿延精神，是次展覽繼首屆聯展《無身話語》(No-body Discourse)後，聚集二十七位當代本地藝術家獨特之視點，以多種不同媒介探討由《微植體》申延引發的社會議題、文化哲學以至藝術生命的面向。

在承接《無身話語》所討論的典型化(Stereotype)之同時，《微植體》更觀之於微至身體(Body)，推而擴至於他者(Others)，索古至聖哲柏拉圖(Plato)的「理型」(Form)，論當代法國哲學家傅柯(Foucault)的《規訓與懲罰》（Discipline and Punish），及至影響深遠的全球化（Globalism）走向未知的將來。《微植體》，正在縱橫之間蔓延。
